A1: we provide free samples, but the shipping cost charged by customer.

A2:The MOQ is 500m or 500 SQM. MOQ for each design is 50 pcs.

Q3: How do I choose design?
A3: We will offer you online electronic decorative cards to choose the designs, basically include marble, fabrics, wood grain, leather, metal, skinfeels and so on. We can take actucal photos of your interested design for you to have better look via whatsapp or wechat.

Q4: Can your wall panel be appplied to hot, wet or cold environment?
A4: Yes, Our wall panels are suitable for interior environment, which has feature of fire retardant, moisture resistance, light weight and high durability.

Q5: Do you offer installation instruction?
A5: Yes, We have an installation video available for you. We usually use buckles and structural glue to install our panels and aluminum accessories to splice the panels.

Q6: What's the estimated shipping cost?
A6: First we need to confirm what type of panels you choose, we will estimated the package size based on the your required customized length and then consult the shipping cost for you.

Q7: What trade terms do you support?

A8: 30% T/T advanced payment 70% balance based on the stamped and signed proforma invoice by both parties.
